This catalog entry describes a set of fruit leather roll sheets tailored for a specific five-tray dehydrator model. These sheets allow users to expand their food preservation capabilities by processing purees and liquids. Made from food-grade, BPA-free plastic, they provide a reliable and safe surface for creating various fruit-based snacks and leathers.

The sheets are designed with a slight lip or flat profile to contain wet ingredients while they dehydrate. This prevents messes inside the machine and ensures that the heat is distributed evenly across the surface of the puree. They are an essential tool for turning overripe fruit into portable, shelf-stable snacks for hiking or school lunches.

Because they are custom-fit for the CFD-N051-W model, they maximize the available drying area on each tray. They are easy to insert and remove, making the transition from drying whole slices to drying purees very simple. These reusable sheets are a practical investment for getting more utility out of a compact dehydrator.
